Head Fashion Designer for a local fashion brand: HZKSHI like designing cute, girly, minor frilly outfits. Heavily inspired by cute Japanese fashion (and shoujo animes). I also like drawing cute / pretty boys with cute fits too.For backgrounds, I tend to like drawing fantasy and colourful elements. Did I mention I lean towards pastel colours too ? :3c

More on Type 3 Commission

As I also had experience in designing fits for vtubers (a project which unfortunately didn't proceed due to management issue), I can also design fits for vtubers or characters.General process in designing fits:It starts with me studying each character's personality (thus why it is important to give a thorough explanation and reference of the character) and plan out designs to fit each character. I will give out 2 - 3 sketch fits and ask the client's opinion before proceeding to the next steps.

COMMISSION

Pricing:

• Rates are in USD (United States dollar) (FOR IDR *15K from rate)
• Max 2 major revisions only on sketch phase. Max 2 minor revisions (after line art stage)
• Base fee covers 1 character; maximum of 2 characters in a single portrait canvas, maximum of 3 characters in a landscape canvas.
• Additional charges of 20-50% of the base fee may apply for characters with detailed design.
• Additional fees may apply for designs of personal character or clothes design (Refer to rate for this)
• Fully rendered backgrounds will have additional charge (depending on complexity)
• All base fee includes plain or simple BG (gradient, box, simple pattern)

The Client:

• Must provide clear descriptions / image references for the requested character.
• Can re-post the art on other sites with proper credit.
• May only use it for personal use (such as their personal / social media dp)
• Cannot use it for NFT, Commercial Use (Unless commission is specified), or AI
• Cannot claim and / or edit the artwork.
• Will receive the finished artwork through email.

The Artist:

• Has the right of using the finished art for portfolio or post said art to their social media, unless prohibited by the client (*may req additional fee if requested otherwise)
• Has the right to reject a commission request if the artist think they won’t do a good job with the request.
• Has the right of rejecting a refund if the piece is fully finished within time.

Updates:

• Updates will be provided during the sketch, lineart, and colouring stages.
• Finished commission will be sent in 2 weeks – 2 months.

Payment:

• Payment is done in full and in advance; via PayPal (or local bank transfer for those in Indonesia).
• No refunds unless I cannot finish your commission on time.
• I will start working on your commission only after payment is made.
• After payment is confirmed, the client hereby agrees to the Terms of Service and understand no refund is to be requested unless passed deadline as mentioned above.

1. Fully Rendered

2. Colour Sketch

3. Outfit Design Sheet (Technical Drawing + Asset Details)

FULL LINEART (BASE COLOUR ONLY): $50INCLUDES:
• 2 files: 1 Dressed Up Full Body of character (Front only), 1 Full Look of Top and Bottom fit (Front and Back details)
• *may include side details of a fit if artist willingly decides on a more detailed look
• A4 sized 300 dpi (Portrait Only)
• Transparent background only
• Png file with and without watermark*this work cannot include additional background.Additional Fees:• Extra fit design of the same character: $35
• Additonal Naked Full Body of Character file: $10
Should you apply to this, the next time you commission me to design an outfit for the same character, each fit will start from $25+Additional fees are applied the same for additional character and clothes design complexity for this type of commission. * Refer to General Additional fee paragraphHowever, if this work is for commercial use, there will be a charge of x 2+ from total fee (depending on business scale)

General additional fees:

• Additional character: (x 2 from base fee - $5)
• Detailed character design: 20% - 50% from base fee
• Requested clothes design for Type 1 & 2 Comm (based on complexity and type of commission): $20-$25
• Purikura themed with assets: Coming soon!

Based on your character, you can request an outfit to be sketched out (range from casual to formal to fantasy class fits), with a complete character sheet drawn out . Only this commission allows commercial use but there will be additional fees and it varies depending on business scale. *Need thorough personality details and image references of requested character for this commission• Communication will only be through Email and Discord (Feel free to contact me if you have any questions)
